Saya Bali Properties under the baton of our Indonesian company Indo Invest Society, whose founders are Czech citizens, as well as the designer who is credited with the design of the villas. This fact greatly facilitates communication with the investors and simplifies the whole operation, especially because one of the team members is always available in the Czech Republic to meet or answer any questions personally, while the other representatives of Saya Bali Properties oversee the smooth running of the project and all its aspects directly in Bali.

All villa or apartment projects are located in Cemagi and are designed by our Czech-Belgian team of architects and designers. The entire construction process is supervised on-site from the beginning by our experienced team, responsible for the quality of the construction, the installed technology and the landscaping of the surrounding area. This enables us to guarantee all potential clients construction, technical and visual excellence.
Near the ocean and cafes
When selecting the locations for Saya Bali Properties projects, we always make sure that the ocean is close by and that there is plenty of nature and greenery, which we try to ingeniously integrate into the interiors of the buildings. We also think about having cafes and restaurants in the vicinity of our villas and apartments.
